A celebration of life for Leeann Marie “Nana” Elmore, 73, will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Saturday, August 17, 2024 at the Lake Guernsey VFW Post 4471 in Guernsey, Wyoming.
Nana passed away on Saturday, June 1, 2024 at the University of Colorado Authority Hospital in Aurora, Colorado.
