CAMP GUERNSEY JOINT TRAINING CENTER, WY--Lt. Col. Joe Huss, of Laramie, took command of the Wyoming Army National Guard’s Training Center Command at Camp Guernsey Joint Training Center April 8. Huss takes command from Col. John Papile.
“I know we’re all going to continue to do great things here,” said Huss aceremony. He previously served as Camp Guernsey’s full time operations manager and will continue in that role.
