NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR SUMMARY
DISTRIBUTION OF DECEDENT’S ESTATE
TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED,
TAKE NOTICE:
That Deanna Snell Cross died on the 3rd day of September, 2019, at Wheatland, Platte County, Wyoming; leaving Sue L.S. Griffith as her sole heir and distributee.
That on the 27th day of November, 2019, the aforementioned heir filed, in the District Court of the Eighth Judicial District, Platte County, State of Wyoming, an Application for Decree of Distribution, pursuant to Wyoming Statutes § 2-1-205, praying that the Court distribute all of the decedents interest in and to the following described real and personal property as follows:
E½ of Lots 9 and 10, Block 125, Original Town, Town of Wheatland, Platte County, Wyoming (with an address of 1454 Spruce Street, Wheatland, Wyoming); Jeep VIN 1C4PJMB83FWS33550
unto Sue L.S. Griffith.
That said Application has been set down for hearing before the Court at the District Court, Platte County Courthouse, Wheatland, Wyoming, at 9:00 a.m. on the 16th day of January, 2020, where all persons interested may appear and object to the granting of the relief.
IF THERE ARE NO OBJECTIONS TO THE APPLICATION AND IF IT APPEARS THAT THE FACTS SET FORTH IN THE APPLICATION ARE NOT IN DISPUTE, the Court will enter its Decree of Distribution setting over all of the decedent’s interest in the aforementioned real and personal property as requested in the application filed herein.
