GUERNSEY—Results from the Winter’s Eve Festival Parade of Trees voting has been announced this week. Winners were selected by the votes of those who attended the event last Wednesday evening at the school.
Each first place winner will receive a $50 prize from Tri-City Parks and Rec and Community Education.
Winners are as follows:
Non-Traditional Tree:
1st-FCCLA-“Let’s Bake Cookies!”
2nd-Art Club-“World Peace”
3rd-Third Grade-“Warmth for Everyone”
Best Use of Theme Tree:
1st-Second Grade-“A Cure for Cancer”
2nd-Kindergarten-“My Two Front Teeth”
3rd-First Grade-“My Two Front Teeth”
People’s Choice Tree:
1st-G-S Special Education Departent (proceeds go to Special Olympics)-“Patriotic Memory”
2nd-Kindergarten-“My Two Front Teeth”
3rd-Third Grade-“Warmth for Everyone”

1st-Gaming Guild-“Games”
