Wiinners have been announced in the Winter Reading Challenge through the Guernsey Branch Library. The four-week program ran from Dec. 22 through Jan. 17, with reading challenges, snowball fights and snow races. The VFW Post No. 4471 donated sleds as drawing prizes for participants.
