SUNDANCE – Wanda Lucille Foote, age 87, passed away, at the long-term care unit in Sundance on Jan. 14, 2023, just seven days before her 88th birthday. Wanda was born Jan. 20, 1935, to Earl and Beulah Moore, in Guernsey. She married Rodney Lloyd Foote June 4, 1955. They had three children: Peggy, Cindy and Roger.
She is survived by her sister, Bonnie J. Allen (Sam); a daughter, Peggy Foote; a son, Roger Foote (Tanya-Marie); granddaughters, Melissa Gross, Tabitha-Marie Quinones (Joseph), Hannah A. Foote, Elizabeth Foote and Sarah Foote; grandsons, Rodney Foote (Hannah D.), Nathan Foote, Benjamin Foote, Daniel Foote and Jonathan Foote; and a great-granddaughter, Megan Gross.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Earl and Beulah Moore, husband, Rodney Foote, brother, Franklin Moore, daughter, Cindy Gross, and granddaughter, Rachel Foote.
A graveside service will be at 1 p.m. Jan. 20, 2023, at the Prairie Rest Cemetery in Guernsey. A Celebration of Life will be held when the weather is warmer.
