GUERNSEY – A week provided a look at the full spectrum of seasons – summer-like conditions with the temperatures climbing toward 70. Last week wind chills got to below zero in some areas.
A snowstorm April 16 provided not only a winter weather advisory for 24 hours, but dangerous traveling conditions all over the region. The norms for this time of year should be 55 degrees for a high and 35 degrees for a low.
Mother Nature has been all over the scale with the extremes. The outlook for the rest of this month and into May can be seen as consistently inconsistent as there are higher highs projected and then another dip in temperatures.
