GUERNSEY – The Guernsey Public Library had its second summer Water Olympics on August 7, 2021. We had 15 children come to play games and get wet. The favorite games were the big foot race and the batting practice with the slip and slide. The children in the group, front row- Jimmy Clark- second row - Maggie Clark, Jemma Taliaferro, James Miller third row - Wyatte Clevenger, Justin Taliaferro, John Miller, Natalie Winter, Garrett Howe last row - Becky Bolinger, Elizabeth Miller, Andrew Miller and Brinley Howe. A big thank you to Patti Messmer, she gave out treat bags and books, Ashley Clark helped with games, Sally Mack and Anna Denardi took pictures of our day and Huey helped with set up and filing of water balloons. A big thank you to the children and parents and helper for helping pick up the park. Fun was had by all.
