REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS – MUNICIPAL POOL OPERATOR, 2022 SEASON
TOWN OF GUERNSEY, WYOMING
The Town of Guernsey, Wyoming is seeking Proposals to provide contract professional Pool Operation Services for the Town of Guernsey, including but not limited to operation of municipal pool for the 2022 Season; all hiring, training, and payment of lifeguard staff; operation of concession stand; janitorial services for facility during months of operation; and coverage of all employment, workers compensation, and general liability insurance. Interested and qualified individuals or firms are invited to submit a Proposal outlining their qualifications and itemized costs. Proposals for “Town of Guernsey 2022 Pool Operations” will be accepted until 2:00 p.m. local time on April 14, 2022. Fax or e-mail submittals will not be accepted. Proposals received after the deadline will be returned unopened. Bids will not be read aloud as this is not a single cost bid proposal but a Request for Proposals. Proposals are to be delivered to Guernsey Town Hall, Attn: Town Clerk/Treasurer, 81 W. Whalen Street, P.O. Box 667, Guernsey, Wyoming 82214. The Town of Guernsey reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals. The Town reserves the right to waive any irregularities or technicalities in the submittals as it deems appropriate to best serve the public interest.
