Special Meeting
Platte County, Wyoming
Present: Mayor Paustian, CM Augustyn, CM Delgado, CM Harris.
Absent: CM Kelley.
Staff: P. Hebbert, M. Allred.
Mayor Paustian called the meeting to order at 5:00 pm. All joined in the Pledge of Allegiance.
Agenda: CM Delgado moved to approve the agenda as written, seconded by CM Augustyn. The motion carried with 4 ayes.
Mansfield-Haynes Sub-Division Project/Building Permit and Zoning Processes: L. Marshall requested to speak on behalf of L. Mansfield. She gave an overview of licensing and certification requirements for midwifery, and of zoning and covenant discussions and actions relating to the development of the Mansfield property. M. Allred spoke and concurred with the overview provided by L. Marshall. A discussion followed to include questions about the participation of Planning and Zoning and the Town Council in the process, covenant and zoning considerations, and a request to clarify license and certification requirements. No decisions were made.
Adjournment: At 6:09 pm CM Harris moved that the meeting be adjourned, seconded by CM Delgado. The motion carried with 4 ayes. The meeting adjourned.
