The Town of Guernsey, Wyoming is seeking submission of proposals from qualified Professional Engineering firms for assistance with the following project: “Water transmission pipeline project” professional Services for the RFQ/RFP will include providing administration services, final design, and part- time observation for the construction of the Town water transmission pipeline project based off the preliminary design produced by the Town of Guernsey.

One (1) signed original and four (4) copies of the proposal must be received no later than 1:00 P.M., Wednesday, February 17, 2021, at the Office of the Town Clerk, 81 West Whalen Guernsey, Wyoming 82214. Mailed proposals should be addressed to the Town Clerk, P.O. Box 667, Guernsey, WY 82214. Packets should be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to the Town of Guernsey and clearly marked “Proposal for The Town of Guernsey – Construction Services for the Water Transmission Pipeline.”
Proposals shall remain firm for a period of sixty (60) days after proposal due date. The Town of Guernsey reserves the right to refuse any or all proposals and to select the proposal deemed to be in the Town’s best interest, at its sole discretion.
