ADVERTISEMENT TO BID

Notice is hereby given that the Town of Guernsey, Wyoming will receive sealed bids for the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, appliances, transportation, and services necessary:

Work includes the construction of chain link security fencing at (4) four locations in The Town of Guernsey as shown in the contract documents, as called for in the Project Manual for the 2018 WATER SECURITY FENCE at the Office of the Town Clerk/Treasurer, Town Hall, 81 W. Whalen Street (PO Box 667) Guernsey, Wyoming 82214 until 1:00 PM Local Time on the 9th day of March, 2018, at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Sealed envelopes containing bids shall be clearly marked with the project title and shall show the name and address of the Bidder. Bids which are not prepared and filed in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders may be rejected. Bids may not be withdrawn after the time fixed for opening. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids and the right to waive irregularities in bids received.

A complete set of Project Manual and Plans may be obtained after the 20th of February, 2018, at the Town Hall, Town of Guernsey, 81 W. Whalen St., PO Box 667, Guernsey, WY 82214, or www.townofguernseywy.us.

Copies of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be obtained at the office of the Town of Guernsey. A non-refundable payment of $ 25.00 for each set. Arrangements for procurement and shipment of these documents can be made by contacting Matt Allred at the Town of Guernsey at (307) 836-2335.

Preference is hereby given to materials, supplies, equipment, machinery and provisions produced, manufactured, supplied or grown in Wyoming, quality being equal to articles offered by competitors outside the State, as provided in W.S. 16-6-101 through 16-6-119.
