Mayor Delgado called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm. The assembly joined in the Pledge of Allegiance and was welcomed to the meeting.
Agenda: CM Whitworth moved to approve the agenda, seconded by CM Martinez. Vote taken and motion carried with 3 ayes.
Minutes: CM Martinez moved to approve the minutes as presented, seconded by CM Whitworth. Vote taken and motion carried with 3 ayes.
Consideration of Claims: Mayor Delgado presented the vouchers to approval. CM Martinez moved to approve the Considerations of Claims in the amount of $177,549.71, seconded by CM Whitworth. Vote taken and motion carried with 3 ayes. Open Container Permit – Car Show: CM Martinez moved to approve Crazy Tony’s Open Container permit for the Car Show in Crazy Tony’s Parking lot on 8/5/2017 from 9 am to 9 pm, seconded by CM Whitworth. Vote taken and motion carried with 3 ayes.
Public Comments: N/A
Department Reports: Judge Conner reported for July 84 case, 41 disposed of and 43 carried over for a total revenue of $5,587.00. Joe Michaels reported that WMPA is staying at the status quo for a while. WMPA is here to support the agencies in the cooperative. If the Town of Guernsey needs anything from WMPA they will try to help. Kate Farmer reported that we will be parking cars for the Eclipse Camping on the dirt area on the rodeo grounds and camping will be first come first serve and in any area that has grass. We are also going to open up the old trailer park area and the lot east of the Merganthal Development for camping. She spoke with Lt. Colonel Patton about parking around the armory.

Adjournment: With no further business to come before the Council, Mayor Delgado called for a motion to adjourn. CM Whitworth moved to adjourn the meeting at 7:17 pm, seconded by CM Martinez. Vote taken and motion carried with 3 ayes.
