NOTICE OF ACCEPTANCE AND
FINAL PAYMENT AND SETTLEMENT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 25th day of September, 2017 final settlement and payment will be made by Platte County School District No. 2, Guernsey, Wyoming for and on account of the contract with Great Western Recreation, Wellsville, Utah for furnishing labor, materials, services and performing work for the Guernsey-Sunrise Elementary playground project for Platte County School District No. 2; and the above date being forty-one (41) days after the first publication of this notice, the said contract will be finally settled.
Any person, co-partnership, association, agency, or corporation who shall have any unpaid claims against said contract in or about the performance of said work may at any time, up to and including the date of final settlement and payment, file a verified statement of any and all amounts due on account of such claim with Sarah Sellars, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Platte County School District No. 2, Guernsey, Wyoming.
Failure on the part of the claimant to file such statement prior to such final settlement and payment will relieve absolutely the Platte County School District No. 2, Guernsey, Wyoming from all or any liability for such claim.
