GUERNSEY--Viking senior Austin Albrecht was named to the Class 1-A Six-Man All-State Football Team for the 2018 season. Albrecht played both offense and defense and was consistent in both positions.
The Vikings also placed five players on the 1-A Six-Man East All Conference Team. They included Dylan Rose, Austin Albrecht, Alex Delgado, Justin Malcom, and Jeremy Hartt. Joining them were Connor McGraw, Shane McGraw, Tylor Goodro, Devon Grosstick, Basil Phillips and Brendon Reeves, all from Hanna-Elk Mountain; Hunter Rouse, Ben Kukowski, Dion Ealy and Nathan Largent, all of Kaycee; Jhett Letelier, Dalton Butler and Ethan Dykes of Hulett; and Cooper Hill and Alex Pugsley of Lingle-Fort Laramie. Connor McGraw was selected as Player of the Year.
Krista Malcom and Sierra Ballou were selected for the Class 1-A East All-Conference Team. They were joined by Amy Campbell, Madison Campbell, Taylor Scott, Megan Hunter and Rainey Wilson, all of Hanna-Elk Mountain; Jordan Hunt, Jordyn Gaspers, Jessy White, Kaelyn Riley and Ashley Riley, all of Lingle-Fort Laramie.
