Billie Bea (Mosher) Bohannon, 84, went to be with the Lord November 27, 2018 at her home.
She was born September 4, 1934 in Hays, Kansas, the oldest daughter of Bill and Rhobea Mosher. She attended schools in Salina, Kansas, Guernsey, Wyoming, and graduated from Golden High School in Golden, Colorado where she was a member of the National Honor Society. She later attended the University of Wyoming and the Denver School of Floral Design.
She started dating her future husband at a Junior Prom in Guernsey in 1949. She married Harry on June 20, 1954 in Golden, Colorado, and immediately moved to Charleston, South Carolina where Harry was in the United States Air Force.
In April, 1956 she accepted Jesus as her savior and served him until he called her home. They moved around the next 5 years to Utah, Arkansas, Alabama, and then Wyoming. In 1956 their first son, Harry II, was born in Utah. Mike was born in Arkansas in 1957. In 1958 Harry changed jobs from aircraft to missiles and moved to Huntsville, Alabama. Due to his father’s illness, Harry was transferred to Warren Air Force Base in Cheyenne in September 1959.

Billie enjoyed staying home with her two boys for several years. In 1963 she became employed by the State of Wyoming Vocational Rehabilitation Division in an experimental program working with the handicapped. She later started her own business, “Bea’s Flowers”, as a part of Arctic Sales and Service. Billie returned to her first love of being a florist which also included planning and servicing weddings and catering meals for parties and businesses. She was a member of Sunnyside, Frontier and North Cheyenne Baptist Churches. Billie served as chairperson on numerous committees, including hospitality, stewardship, floral, and also was a youth Sunday school teacher.
She is survived by husband, Harry; son, Mike; grandsons, Brice, Brock, Kelan and Jimmy Bohannan; great-grandchildren, Korban, Maci, Harper, Bailey, Taylor, Riggins and Cash Bohannon; and sister, Jane and her children.
She was preceded in death by her parents and son, Harry II.
A memory service was celebrated on Thursday, November 29, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at Lakeview Chapel at Schrader, Aragon and Jacoby Funeral Home with a time for fellowship and remembrances in the Schrader Reception Center. A private family interment will be held at the Guernsey Cemetery in Guernsey, Wyoming.
