The National Weather Service in Cheyenne has issued a high wind warning for eastern Wyoming beginning Sunday and extending through Monday.
High winds of 40 to 50 mph with gusts of 60 to 80 mph are likely early Sunday evening and especially on Monday. Highest wind gusts are likely Monday late morning through the afternoon hours but will decrease late Monday night.
There is a HIGH blow over risk for traffic traveling on Interstates 25 and 80 with difficult driving conditions.
The warning has been expanded late this afternoon to include southern portions of the Nebraska Panhandle.
Please use caution when traveling Sunday evening and throughout Monday.
