Bill and Pam Cain, (front row, 2nd and 3rd from left) members of VFW Post 4471 attended the 119th VFW and Auxiliary National Convention in Kansas City, MO July 21-25 and were honored to accept the National Outstanding Community Service Award on behalf of 4471 Lake Guernsey Post and Auxiliary. Only one VFW per State is given this honor.
