GUERNSEY—The Lady Vikings picked up a win last Tuesday over the Glendo Eagles, but fell to Edgemont, South Dakota and Hanna-Elk Mountain.
The Vikings won the best two of three match in games of 25-16 and 25-14. No stats were available for that match.
On Friday, the Lady Vikings came up short in South Dakota as Edgemont won in three games straight, 25-20, 25-15 and 25-14.
On Saturday, the Lady Vikes played host to the Hanna-Elk Mountain Lady Miners and it was another three and out match that went the opponent’s way.Hanna-Elk Mountain won in games of 25-14, 25-21 and 25-2.
This weekend, the Lady Vikes will play at home both Friday and Saturday. On Friday, Banner County (Harrisburg, NE) will be in town for games at 5 and 6 p.m. The Lady Doggers of Lingle-Fort Laramie are up on Saturday for games at 4 and 5:30 p.m. On Tuesday, September 17, the Vikes will had to Douglas to take on their junior varsity team. Games are set for 4 and 5 p.m.
