Residents of the Veterans Administration Hospital & Home converted their rigs to conestoga mini-wagons for Cheyenne Frontier Days parade in 2012. The 10-day event in Cheyenne gets underway this weekend with rodeos, concerts and everthing West imaginable. Parades will be held Saturday (21st), Tuesday (24th), Thursday (26th) and Saturday (29th). All parades begin at 9 a.m. near the Capitol building and run through the downtown area.
