GUERNSEY--Students across eight states will be seeking the prestige of winning the "Crunch Off" crown this week, an event to promote healthy eating and support agriculture's Farm to School Month.
Wyoming will join Colorado, Montana, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Utah, North and South Dakota to see which state can get the most "crunches" into a local apple or other produce per capita.
