TORRINGTON – A Guernsey woman is dead following a one-vehicle rollover Monday night west of Torrington.
The victim has been identified as Regina Fairbanks, 19. According to a press release from the Wyoming Highway Patrol, Fairbanks was driving a 2002 Jeep Liberty westbound on U.S. Hwy. 85 when she apparently lost control of the vehicle around 9 p.m.
