Guernsey-Sunrise Schools held a Winter Carnival and invited a couple of Christmas VIPs. Santa and Mrs. Claus were in town and visited the Guernsey Early Childhood Center as well as the elementary school,
Following classroom parties throughout the day, an all-school assembly at 1:30 p.m., the carnival opened. Santa and Mrs. Claus arrived at 2 p.m. to listen to every child’s special wishes.
