Tri-City Parks and Recreation is sponsoring a costume contest for everyone at Trunk or Treat. Wear your costume and trick or treat among the decorated vehicle participants. The Guernsey Volunteer Fire Department will be holding their annual Haunted House again this year on October 30 and 31. The Haunted House will be held at the Guernsey City Shop building at the City Hall building. Doors will be open from 6 to 10 p.m. on both dates. While there are no age limits to attend the Haunted House, please use discretion when considering the participation of young children as some of the displays may be somewhat intense.
