GUERNSEY—It seems that every day, you can turn on the news and hear at least one story about how another senior citizen has been targeted in some kind of scam.  It happens more than we realize, and now, people are stepping up to help seniors see the signs and take the steps that will protect them from these predators.  Beyond the financial targeting, seniors also need to know how to   

On Tuesday, November 13, at 1 p.m., the Elder Justice Seminar comes to the Guernsey Senior Center, a program that will provide information about scams, how they work and how to recognize them.   In addition, information about other topics of interest to seniors such as choosing caregivers, and making plans for emergency situations, will be presented.
