The following actions were taken in the Town of Guernsey Municipal Court during the month of October, 2023:

Cory Smith pled no contest to failing to maintain property and was fined $75 plus $10 costs and was given seven days to bring his property into compliance.

Camerone Morris pled no contest to failing to maintain property.  The property was brought into compliance prior to the court date and was ordered to pay costs in the amount of $10.

Anthony Delgado was found guilty of failure to maintain property and was fined $150 and ordered to pay $10 in costs.  $100 was suspended when the property was brought into compliance.

Madison Martinez pled guilty to failure to maintain property and was fined $50 and $10 in court costs.  She was given seven days to bring the property into compliance or face a $50 per day fine.  The property was brought in to compliance.

Tristan Schweinboldt pled forfeit $555 for not having insurance.  He also supplied a copy of a current valid insurance card.

Tina Streeter paid a fine from 2014 for no insurance in the amount of $490.  The current bench warrant was pulled and WYDOT was notified to reinstate driving privileges.
