WHEATLAND – Special speakers from all over Wyoming will come to address the women of Platte County for the 2022 Women in Agriculture Symposium this coming Saturday, Oct. 1 from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. at the First State Bank Conference Center in Wheatland.
The Platte County 4-H Leadership Team is organizing and hosting the event which will include special speakers Elaine Daly; Bayer US from Glendo, Jen Reyes Burr; Mr Angus from Wheatland and Melinda Sims; Sims Cattle Company from McFadden, Wyoming.
Lunch will be provided by Ranch Management Consultants.
Women play a huge role in agriculture in Platte County and the symposium will bring new ideas, a great networking and support system for other women and the chance to voice concerns and things that have made you successful here in Wyoming.
